Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SUSI KUMAR.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4575 of 2021 dated 25.03.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to arrange solvency certificate within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
