Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order Na.Ka.No.53/A1/2022 dated 14.02.2023 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same, in so far as petitioner's posting at the Panchayat Union Middle School at Periyamalaiyur, Dindigul District is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to post the petitioner in the vacant post of Secondary Grade Teacher at the Panchayat Union Primary School, Muslim Street, Natham, Dindigul District or in any school located in the plain with public conveyance facility within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order, dated 14.02.2023 and directed the respondents to post the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in Panchayat Union Primary School, Natham.

2. Heard M/s.A.Thirumurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material documents available on record.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the repondents have posted the petitioner in Panchayat Union Middle School at Periyamalaiyur, Dindigul District. The further contention of the petitioner is that she being a lady has suffered certain ailments and requested the respondents to post any other place other than Hill region. Therefore, this Court directed Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents to take instructions from the respondent, regarding any availability of vacancy in any plain region.

4. After getting instructions from the respondents, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a 2/4

post in Panchayat Union Primay School at Renga Servaikaranpatti, Natham Block is available.

5. Therefore, the respondents are directed to post the petitioner in the above said school. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of One week, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
