PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.152/2025 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in respect of crime No.152 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that already charge sheet has been laid on 27.11.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, which is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to verify that the defects are rectified and the charge sheet is taken on file by the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
