ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a money transaction between himself and the third respondent herein. In respect of which, the third respondent herein has given a false complaint against him. Based on which, the second respondent is calling him for enquiry and harassing him on the guise of enquiry. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police, the petitioner himself has given a complaint, which was registered in C.S.R.No.181 of 2021, dated 20.04.2021. Similarly, the third respondent has also given a complaint against the petitioner. Based on which, C.S.R.No.153 of 2021 has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5767 of 2021 registered and the investigation is going on. 4.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has only given a representation and not a complaint. But reading of the representation shows that he himself stated that he is ready to pay the balance amount and also ready to abide any conditions that may be imposed.

5.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Enquiry Officer and that it is purely civil matter, PSO 562(b) must be strictly complied and he may act in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
