ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2016 and 04.11.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
