This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry on the basis of the alleged complaint given by the defacto complainant.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that neither a case has been registered nor petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Hence, there is no harassment by the respondent.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
