Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and obtain the papers under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and thereafter, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh quash application.
