This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to submit a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Usilampatti, in Crime No.93 of 2013, dated 17.05.2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that an 'Action Dropped' report was filed in the year 2014 and the intimation was also passed on to the petitioner.
