ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The case is referred to mediation, however, mediation between the parties is filed and a report to that effect is also received. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.No.13/ACADC/MC/17 dated 05.06.2017 alone is pending. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

5.Mr.J.Praveen, learned counsel submitted that he has filed intervening petition before the Registry in U.S.R.No.26685 of 2017 dated 11.09.2017.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the respondent Police is directed to register an FIR, if any prima facie case made out as per law or close the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and the respondent Police should not harass the petitioners during enquiry and the petitioners and the intervenor shall cooperate with the enquiry.

7.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Accordingly, intervening petition is closed, if any.
