ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2018, dated 27.02.2018 and to file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the Mahila Court, Pudukottai.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
