ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The only relief sought for in this petition is that the second respondent should consider the petitioner's request for effecting name change in the petition mentioned service connection.

3. The learned Standing Counsel informs this Court that there are rival factions in the Temple management and that TANGEDCO is in a fix.

4. The second respondent is directed to pass an order on the petition mentioned service connection, on merits and in accordance with law. After putting all the interested persons on notice, final order shall be passed, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I 2/4

make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
