Side) for R1 & R2 and MR.R.SHANKAR GANESH, Advocate for R3 & R4, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the cost of Rs.3,500/- to the credit of "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), as per the order of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.19735 of 2018 dated 31.10.2018 for further period.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that by order, dated 31.10.2018, this Court directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.3,500/- as costs. He would further submit that inadvertently they have paid only a sum of Rs.3,000/- on 27.11.2018 and subsequently, the amount of Rs.500/- has also been paid on 05.12.2018. He would further submit that the delay in payment of Rs.500/- may be condoned.

3.Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
