The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal pending in Na.Ka.No.2760/2022/A4 within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate was requested to obtain the status of the appeal now pending before the first respondent. It is stated today that an enquiry had been conducted by the second respondent/Thasildhar, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District and report had been forwarded to the first respondent/Sub Divisional Magistrate/The Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur Taluk, Madurai District in Na.Ka.No.1278/2023/E3, dated 10.04.2023.The onus is now on the first respondent to pass necessary orders.
3.A direction is given to the first respondent to follow the principles of natural justice and pass necessary orders on or before 30.06.2023. 2/4
