ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a daily wage Goldsmith. The fourth respondent herein approached the petitioner through his friend for making gold jewels and he gave advance amount for the said jewels. Subsequently, due to the money transaction, a dispute arose between them and the fourth respondent criminally intimidated the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent police on 28.03.2021. However, no action has been taken till date. Thereafter, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent on 18.04.2021. Since, no action has been taken, the petitioner approached this Court seeking the aforesaid relief.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5774 of 2021 3.According to the Government Advocate (crl.side), based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, C.S.R.No.214 of 2021 was also registered and on the same day itself, it was closed observing that it is purely civil in nature and hence, there is no question of harassment.

4.Recording the submission, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
