ORDER

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to DT Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (A/c No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, Bank SBI Periyakulam), within a period of two (2) days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
