O R D E R
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that if six months time is granted to the respondent police, they would complete the investigation. Recording the same, six months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1171 of 2016 and either file a closure report or a charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
2. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
