ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.250 of 2017, dated 13.11.2017, on the file of the respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that in this case investigation was completed and the referred charge-sheet has been filed before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact'. He further submitted that RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
