This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners in respect of the civil dispute between the third respondent and the petitioners, which is the subject matter of the proceedings in C.No.342/SP Chamber dated 16.04.2016, on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.
