Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SABEER MOHAMED.I, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5396 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6201 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father was died and therefore, he was not able to execute the bond within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.3376 of 2021 petitioner, the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
