For Respondent : Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 704 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026. 1/5

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 704 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the the first petitioner is having 6 previous cases similar in nature and the second petitioner is having 2 previous cases and and the investigation is still pending. However, he fairly conceded that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 13.02.2026 onwards regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 704 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026, is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
