The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2020 now pending on the of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The said H.M.O.P was filed by the respondent, who is the husband of the present petitioner seeking dissolution of marriage.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has opposed this transfer petition.
4. However, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition. 5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.21 of 2020 now pending on the of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar is directed to be withdrawn from the file of the said Court and transferred to the file of the II https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
