ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.687 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner trespassed into the de-facto complainant's field and destroyed the saplings due to previous enmity and property dispute. Hence, the complaint has been registered against the petitioner and it is under investigation. The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the nature of long standing enmity between the parties and the civil dispute, the aggression of the petitioner appears to be very grave. Unless he secured and properly investigated, the justice cannot be given. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
