ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b),353 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.47 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence when the defacto complainant went to the Taluk officer, the petitioner invited him, abused him in filthy language and also threatened him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 10 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner already involved in ten previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
