ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that now the petition enquiry has been transferred from the file of the respondent to the file of Inspector of Police, Tirumayam Police Station. He would further submit that earlier, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, for amicable settlement between the parties, but the Mediation is failed.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file a fresh application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
