O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed for alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.15886 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022.

2. The Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.15886 of 2022 has been filed to direct the respondents to disburse the provident fund and arrears of salary totally a sum of Rs.2,34,831/- and basic pay for the period of 2010 to 2012 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.04.2022.

3. This Court vide order dated 21.07.2022 disposed of the aforesaid Writ Petition by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2022 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2/5

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the third respondent has passed an order on 10.04.2023. A letter was sent to the petitioner by the third respondent informing the decision of the Board of Directors of the third respondent Society and the copy of the acknowledgement as a proof, which was received by the petitioner was furnished before this Court by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. The copy of the order, dated 10.04.2023 was also furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, today, before this Court.
