ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent questioning the order dated 04.01.2023 passed by the District Registrar (Administration), Pudukottari characterizing Document No.314/1999 registered on the file of Sub Registrar, Annavasal as fraudulent. The appeal was filed in February 2023. Till date, it has not been disposed of.

3.The petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 13.05.2024 at 03.00 pm. The first respondent will issue enquiry notice to the second respondent indicating the enquiry date as 13.05.2024. Final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period shall be passed by the first respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
