ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.This Court by order dated 11.02.2022 directed the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2020 for cancellation of patta for the land in S.No.6/15 in Thuthikulam, Kirunkakottai group, Manamadurai District, Sivagangai.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the respondent found that the 6th respondent in the writ petition has filed a civil suit as against this petitioner in respect of S.No.6/15 and also obtained an order of interim injunction as against this petitioner. Therefore, the respondent could not proceed further.

4. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the civil suit. 01.09.2023 dsk To The Tashildar, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.
