Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Perusal of the records would show that, as per the order of this Court, dated 17.11.2016, the petitioner was directed to deposit the balance amount, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tuticorin, on or before 15.12.2016 and report before the respondent on 16.12.2016 along with receipt in proof of payment of the amount. Further, the Registry has been directed to list the matter on 20.12.2016, for reporting compliance.

2. When the matter was taken up on 20.12.2016, the petitioner was present and an affidavit was filed in compliance of deposit of Rs.80,000/- on 15.12.2016 and hence, the conditional order of deposit, as ordered by this Court, is properly complied with.
