This Criminal Revision has been filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure code, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.MP.No.418 of 2020 in Crime No.25 of 2020 dt 12.02.2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Cum Magistrate Court, Kadaladi,Ramanathapuram and set aside the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.Veerakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
