O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the consumer name for service connection No.134-001-630 is in the name of Arulmigu Karuppasamy Kovil, Chennampatti Village, Kallikudi Taluk. However, in the address, it has been stated as 'son of Pitchaichettiyar', with an address. The learned counsel stated that this 'son of Pitchaichettiyar' should be removed. He says that the said Pitchai Chettiyar has no connection with the temple.
2. It is stated by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents that while updating the records in the computer, corrections will necessarily have to be made. He stated that the petitioner may give 2/5
a representation in this regard and if it is done so, then the respondent would examine the representation and issue notice to the petitioner and also issue notice to Pitchai Chettiyar in the address given in the service connection and thereafter, take a decision and the entry could be corrected accordingly, in terms of the enquiry conducted.
3. The Court cannot issue any such direction. It is only under the purview of the respondent to do the necessary needful. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
