PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner life and limb , on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner life and limb , on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.03.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending.
