ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.124 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and pleaded guilty and she has also paid the fine amount.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
