ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 307 read with 34 of IPC in Crime No.107 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute pertaining to laying the party Flagstone, the petitioner and others criminally conspired and assaulted the defacto complainant. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet has already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai and the case was taken on file in PRC No.37 of 2017.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The Co-accused No.2 already obtained bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 23.10.2018 and file a petition for anticipatory bail and the Trial Court is directed to consider the same on the same day.
