Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.546 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The defacto complainant in this case is the Regional Deputy Tahsildar of Bodinayakkanur. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with one Ramesh have been fabricating false legal heir certificate, death certificate etc. The allegations are fairly serious, hence I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
