The present petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.3 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Traffic Investigation Wing(TIW)-North, Trichy City, Trichy District.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy West on 06.01.2020. But it was not taken on file sofar. Since the final report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction.

3.However, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy West to look into the matter, since the final report has already been filed on 06.01.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
