ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is working as conductor in the respondent corporation. He challenges the impugned transfer order dated 24.05.2022.
3. Such a challenge after a gap of almost one year cannot be entertained. It is seen that the petitioner has joined in the transferred place. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the first respondent seeking reconsideration. If any such application is filed or if it has been already filed, the first respondent will take a call in the matter. The first respondent shall pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation / date of the copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
