Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SEENISYEDAMMA, Advocate for Mr.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, for the petitioners and M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).NO.30 of 2023 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.20588 of 2022, dated 04.01.2023.
