O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned order, dated 12.10.2018, passed by the second respondent on the ground that the impugned order has been passed without issuing a show-cause notice.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by order dated 15.10.2018 the second respondent has withdrawn the impugned order dated 12.10.2018 and hence, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
