This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.246 of 2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation has been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar and the third respondent will file the final report within a period of five months.
