Respondent Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to give necessary protection to the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members, by considering his representation dated 24.10.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the dispute between the petitioner and the adjacent land owner is purely civil in nature regarding to build the compound wall.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner got court order to build the compound wall, the adjacent land owner with his men threatened the petitioner with dire consequences whenever the petitioner tried to build the compound wall, he stopped the work, hence he prayed for police protection to himself and his family members.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by both sides, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after giving opportunities to the necessary parties and pass orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
