ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for 'Extention of time' and upon perusing earlier order dated 14/12/2023 and the requisition submitted by the Additional District Judge, Vallioor in D.No.968/2024 dated 02/12/2024 through the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli D.No.A1/16715/2024, dated 04/12/2024 seeking furhter Two Months time granted for dispose of the case in C.C.No.192 now renumbered as C.C.No.140 of 2023, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.192 of 2017.

2. The learned Additional District Munsif (FAC), Valliyoor, sent a letter, dated 02.12.2024 requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of C.C.No.192 of 2017 now renumbered as C.C.No.140 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 14.12.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.192 of 2017 now renumbered as C.C.No.140 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
