Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notification passed by the first respondent for National Aptitude Test in Architecture 2022 dated 12.03.2022 with exemption to Centrally Funded Technical Institutions are illegal to that extent and quash the same and subsequently make special and specific amendment which is required in the regulation and Act to make students (who got admitted in CFTIs in the year 2021) eligible to enroll them as an architect and subsequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to not to conduct NATA 2022 and any subsequent aptitude test in architecture without testing for drawing and sketching as being done all those years from the ages.

1. This petition is styled as public interest litigation. 2. We have examined the locus of the petitioner, the impugned advertisement (at page 36) and the exception made therein which is projected to be the cause of action. If this is weighed vis-a-vis the material on record, we find that this petition can not be entertained for more than one reasons. Firstly, the relevant regulations are not placed on record coupled with the fact that it is for the aggrieved person to make such a challenge. This petition need not be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We also take note that, today itself one more petition is filed by this very petitioner being W.P.(MD) No.7313 of 2022, which is being disposed of by a separate order.
3. For the above reason, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions would not survive.
