Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', to dispose of the case in SC No.528 of 2021 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.

2.By order, dated 24/04/2023, this court directed the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in SC No.528 of 2021, pending on its file, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge seeks further time to dispose of the above said case. By the order dated 21.06.2023, further time of two months was granted by this Court. The report reads that the trial process is almost completed. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted.
