PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by threatening the petitioner to execute document of conveyance in favour of 4th respondent with regard to the patta land in patta No.3076 of the petitioner at Therkku Vallioor Village, Rathapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, thereby interfering in civil matter.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members by threatening the petitioner to execute document of conveyance in favour of the fourth respondent with regard to the patta land in patta No.3076 of the petitioner at Therkku Vallioor Village, Rathapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent has given a statement that he will work out his remedy before the Civil Court. Recording the submission, the complaint was closed on 21.06.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. Since the complaint itself was closed, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
