ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to comply the order of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakkottai in Crl.M.P.No.1861 of 2022, dated 03.06.2022 and to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.02.2022 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the above order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakkottai in Crl.M.P.No.1861 of 2022, dated 03.06.2022 will be complied with by the respondent police within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to comply the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakkottai in Crl.M.P.No.1861 of 2022, dated 03.06.2022 within a period of 15 days from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
