This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that there is neither petition enquiry nor FIR is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and therefore, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by them.
4.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there is no question of harassment by the respondent police.
