This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner based on her representation dated 17.11.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the records.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court, without going to the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
