O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent, in his proceedings in Na.Ka.P.1-6582-2015, dated 09.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by the Sub Collector, Paramakudi, dated 21.08.2015, the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also produced the copy of the same for the perusal of this court. 3.On the other hand, Mr.V.Sitharanjandas, learned counsel for the 5th respondent would submit that the order passed by the Sub Collector, Paramakudi, dated 2108.2015 is nothing to do with the order impugned in this writ petition.

4.However, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
