When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.276 of 2012 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur on 13.03.2014, but the same has not yet been taken on file. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, are directed to conduct enquiry in order to find out why no orders have been passed in the charge sheet in Crime No.276 of 2012 though it is said to have been filed as early as on 13.03.2014. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
