This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to shift the premises of the constituent College from the petitioner's school campus in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2015. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2015. By the said representation, the petitioner has requested the respondents herein to shift the premises of the constituent College from the petitioner's premises.

2. Mr.M.Mahaboob Athif, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the second respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the premises in question is required for the petitioner's school itself, they have made a number of representations to vacate the premises, still, it is unheard of by the respondents resulting in filing the present Writ Petition.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent were put on notice.

7. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents herein are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
